  We highly recommend your having a Free copy of either Wilcom True Sizer or Pulse Ambassador. You can change file size, print nice work copies and convert files for use on all machine types.

  If you have TrueSizer please select EMB as your filetype. If you have Pulse Ambassador plesae select PXF as your filetype. If you request an EMB file it cannot be turned into a Pulse file and vice versa..


We prefer a 300 dpi Jpg format unless part of the design is already in vector format.  In that case we can accept almost any vector format.
